You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already confirmed.
Prices do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
6. Shipping
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession.

7. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in line with UK consumer law.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn cannot be returned unless faulty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoddysocks shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits or business, or delays outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or update the website without notice.
