Shoddysocks ships orders from the United Kingdom.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
At the moment, the shipping department is a team of one — so if things take slightly longer on occasion, thanks for your patience. I’ll always keep you informed if there’s a delay.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK shipping
We ship using Royal Mail or other trusted carriers. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during busy periods.
International shipping
International shipping may be available to selected countries. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply.
Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once dispatched, your order is in the hands of the delivery provider. Delays can occasionally occur due to postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact hello@shoddysocks.com and we will help investigate with the carrier.
