Cancellation policy

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you choose at checkout.

ShoddySocks subscriptions have an initial minimum commitment of seven deliveries, starting from your first order.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the selected term. You can cancel renewal at any time, but the initial seven-delivery commitment still applies.

If you would like to change your subscription — for example, to update your address, pause, skip or swap products — you can manage it through the link in your order confirmation email.
